Peanut chutney

Oil
Mustard seeds 
Asafoetida
Peanuts roast properly
Chana daal(half of peanuts) roast
Urad daal
Red chillies
Green chillies if you want
Ginger
In the end 
Add Tamarind juice or paste
Salt

Grind it all in a smooth paste.
