Sesame grilled vegetable sandwich

I
Ingredients
  • Fine chopped bell pepper or capsicum: ¼ cup,
  • Boiled mashed potato: ¼ cup,
  • Fine chopped green chillies: 2,
  • Coriander leaves: 2 tbsp,
  • Fine chopped onions: ¼ cup,
  • Grated mozzarella cheese: ¼ cup,
  • Black pepper powder,
  • Sesame seeds: 1 tbsp,
  • Butter, Salt,
  • Lemon juice: 1 tsp,
  • Bread slices: 4

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together bell peppers, onions, mashed potatoes, cheese, little salt, black pepper powder, green chilly, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  2. Take a bread slice and put generous amount of stuffing on it.
  3. Cover it with other piece and apply butter on top. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and use same butter knife and rub over the seeds so that they get stick to the bread.
  4. Heat pan at medium heat and put butter side down. Put some weight on the sandwich as shown in the video to make it crispy.
  5. Let it cook for few minutes then put butter and sesame seeds on this side too and flip the sandwich.
  6. Once sandwich is nice brown and crispy from both the sides take it out.
  7. Sandwich is ready to serve.
  8. Cut it in two pieces and serve this sandwich with chutney or ketchup

Upma

Rava coarse and dry roasted only
Oil 
Mustard seeds
Asafoetida
Curry leaves
Spatter Chana urad daal
Red chilies 
Peanuts roast
Onion chopped
Stir
Veggies chopped
Salt 
Grated or julienne ginger and slit green chillies
Add water twice of rava
Bring it to boil . Turn the gas to low flame. 
Add rava slowly and keep stirring in one direction.
Cover the lid and just slow down the gas.
Let the rava get cooked for less than 5 min
Now open and add ghee and squeeze a lemon on the top and mix It well to check for any lump. 
Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with peanut chutney.


Peanut chutney

Oil
Mustard seeds 
Asafoetida
Peanuts roast properly
Chana daal(half of peanuts) roast
Urad daal
Red chillies
Green chillies if you want
Ginger
In the end 
Add Tamarind juice or paste
Salt

Grind it all in a smooth paste.
